Central Coast Regional Development Corporation

The Central Coast Regional Development Corporation has been recently created by the NSW Government to pave the way for revitalisation, growth and investment across the Central Coast. Its charter is:

• Broker development outcomes on strategic government sites.
• To facilitate the development of regional centres & renewal corridors.
• To facilitate private sector investment and development on key state land holdings.
• To work across all levels of government and the community.
• To asset and property management of lands held by the corporation.
   

Key Projects

• Implementation of the Gosford City Centre Master plan.
• Key catalyst project being The Landing at Gosford.
• The 152 hectare site at Mt Penang Parklands, Kariong.
